As August is Women’s Month, our guest was Lisa Vetten of the Wits Institute for Social and Economic Research (#WISER).  She spoke about police accountability, linking it to the Domestic Violence Act (#DVA) and #Marikana. The police are appearing in parliament to discuss their (non)implementation of the Domestic Violence Act on the 12 of August 2015.
