Constitutionally speaking: Patrick Bracher hosts Wandisa Phama from the Centre for Applied Legal Studies (CALS) at Wits.  She will talk about business, human rights and gender (8 March is International Women’s Day). She will mention Section 22 of the Constitution which addresses the right to choose one’s trade, linked to women employed in the extractive industries as an example.
