ProBono.Org Durban held a Labour Law Workshop for the staff of the Aryan Benevolent Homes on the 23rd of May.
The workshop focused on the proper procedures for Disciplinary Enquiries as well as an overview of the various forms of dismissal. The speaker was Sanelisiwe Nyasulu of Garlicke & Bousfield Inc. The majority of the attendees were a part of management and found the workshop to be very beneficial.
